Josh:

I am using a Nikon D700. I typically shoot in manual mode with a Nikon 105 macro lens, or a 24-70mm zoom and use a flash in manual setting too. Shutter speeds are usually around 16-200 with the f stop somewhere between 4 and 8, and flash set to about 1/32 or 1/16 power. In that range I adjust to make sure I get proper exposure.

I don't recall exact setting for each individual picture, but if you get an exif viewer plugin that works with your browser you can right click on the picture and see the settings.
