125gal rr tank,which pump?

hi,

can u guys please weigh in on a suitable return pump for 125 gal reef ready (72 by 18) tank?

i'm down to two choices: eheim 1262 or mag 9.5

also, can't decide between external or internal.

Eheims imo, are the best pumps out their.
internal or external, will depend on what kind of sump you have. and the amount of space.

Being that these are your two choices i vote on the eheim. I myself like to go the external
route, due to the heat issues internal pumps can cause. 9.5 seems to be to small for your setup.

Bye the way i love the mag pump hell of a work horse.

i like the danner supreme mag drives,if you are going with the mag drives pump i would suggest the next size bigger than the 9.5 for that size tank...whats ups roc5288 long time.
