majano's not aptasia, as i never had a copperband go after those but would the aptasia same with pepperment shrimp, personally i ended up pulling the rocks and kalk pasting them, or get a tassled filefish and be prepared to take it out once it is done { they like zoa's and some lps as well }

Are you sure you used the Majano Wand correctly?
Often you will need to spend more than 5 seconds killing a Majano. Sometimes 30 seconds or more is required. You will know the Majano is completely dead when it floats to the top as a white goo.
You must also "wait out" the unseen next generation that will appear shortly after. If you keep at it you will eventually rid your tank of all Majano Anemones.

We would be more than happy to help you with any questions you may have about the operation of your Majano Wand.

Be careful with the file fish, they will eat corals.
I used Kalkwasser to successfully get rid of Majano's.
I filled up a rubbermaid container with saltwater, moved
the rocks that had Majano's on them to the rubbermaid.
And then used excessive amounts of Kalkwasser paste and injected them.
I wouldn't recommend doing this in your actual aquarium, as I
stated I used "excessive" amounts of the kalkwasser.
I'd give it a try before you put a coral muncher like the file fish in there.
