Check out my tank thread i just post the picture for you. Since you have a 20G long imo you can do it the same way as mine.

'Plexiglass' is not the appropriate baffle material when using a glass sump/fuge. You should be using glass baffles.

Silicone is a bonding adhesive for glass to glass, not glass to acrylic (plexiglass).

Weld-on is the adhesive for acrylic to acrylic.

There is no appropriate adhesive for glass to acrylic.

But, building a fuge is super easy. 2 baffles, one quarter inch shorter then other, space out how big you want your fuge in tank, place baffles in, glue them in, and then play the waiting game

IMO i would get rid of the plexi glass and use glass instead. If you need glass and glass cut to your spec let me know, I would be more than happy to assist you. I have a couple of drawn up sketches for a 20L, also if interested.

My cousin in europe sent me a tube when i was building sumps for freshwater tanks, but have not tried it for reef set ups. I am not convinced that it would be reef safe. I know on other forums where they have used it, but could not confirm with.
