Help on decideing

I bought a threadfin butterfly thinking I wouldn't do a zoo tank but know I really want to. I might be getting picasos and I want to breed them. Should I sell the threadfin and make a zoo tank or should I keep the threadfin and get the picasos and have a risk of the butterfly eating it's eggs eventually?
