re entering hobby

Any tips or hints for someone trying to re enter the hobby?

depends on how long a break you had. I had basically a 13 break and everything was different, or maybe i am just paying attention more now. Extra income might help!

Don't go crazy buying gear you don't need! Research, research and when you're done... research some more!
Don't be afraid to ask questions and see if you can find any reefers that are local to you to help you out. :wink1:

You can also buy alot of good equipment here they have good deals and a few folks are very help ful when you have a question but everyone is right it is expensive

What ever amount of money u have triple it. What ever tank ur looking at get the next size up and take it slow u will save some cash that way good luck happy reefing and welcome back

U gotten love the hobby, and don't go cheap on equipment, u get what u pay for and will eventually cough up some big bucks on the good stuff but very well worth it, and ask all the questions or doubts u have in mind
