clownfish help plz

Had this clown for about a year now.... from one day to the next he just stopped eating. Looks at the food then swims away......he still looks perfectly fine but his whole bbehavior changed (hiding a lot). Now hes just hanging out in the corner... looks like he falls asleep then snaps out of it a few seconds later looking like someone disturbed his sleep..... has anyone seen this before please help

Have you added anything new recently that may be bothering the clown?

I added a new clown a week ago but they have gotten along very well from the start not bothering at all

How big are both clowns? If there the same size then that means that might be fighting at night when the lights are off to see who will become the female.

If they are getting along that great but they always say if you have a clown already and you want another make sure the new one is smaller because if you had one clown already for a while it's a female.

I've spyed on on them at night and they just sleep together all night in the corner..... no signs of fighting at all..... the new addition is noticeably smaller

Has anyone had an experience like this with clownfish? Or have any idea what might be wrong with him? Please list possible causes of this type of behavior

Try taking both out the thank for a few 15-20 minutes then put both back it work with other fish,maybe another fish is bothering it.

it is a captive bred..... he seems to have gotten a little better after trying garlic trick, it has lost some weight but not to the point of starvation.
