I want to get some led light DIY dimmable

No sure witch ones to get

Go to rapid led get a the led strips measure how much space you have talk to there tech on how much light you need ,the color or look you're trying to get n corals that you are trying to keep they have dimmers an all that stuff,or go to nanotuners. The 250 is a very nice tank,

lookin to mod the hood on my 130d can i find stuff there also?

U would have to call they have the stuff u need to make you own kit just ask how much light do they recommend for your rsm 130d , I now they have a heat sink that's 4.25x16 you would have to figure out how to make it fit in place ,they have plug n play led you don't need to weld nothing they have dimmers,youtube it so you could get an idea,they have kits that fit other nano but didn't see non for the rsm but they have what u need, nanotuners would give u an idea on what. U could do they had strips with cree led already mounted on the just to tap n connect the meanwells n dimmers call n ask they will help u with it questions.
