Is this Xenia or Anthelia. It was sold as Xenia. I know it's definitely not Pompom Xenia.

Can't tell from pic...
but xenia grows multiple polyps and stalks out of a single base...
anthelia polyps each have their own stalk going down to the encrusting mat.

People say the same about xenia. I think most algae and corals absorb some nitrate so they grow. Xenia just grows quickly, so you can export nitrate by trimming and removing from your system.

i will verify they are anthelia also called wave hand i have a whole bunch in my tank i always got some for trade i got some xenias recently and there a whole diff look those anthelias grow super fast theyll cover up a rock in about two months they do better in current

If you look at my tank thread I have it placed on my sand bed towards the back right corner. There's a nice current on them.
