Has anyone ever heard of live sand rock and if so can you please give me some info thanks

No the guy at my fish store is new the thing looks like live rock almost but its very delicate and breaks off like sand it has a ton of feather dusters I've seen a few worms looks like bristle worms there white and centipede looking a couple baby crabs looks like they are emerald crabs

the only thing i could guess is live rock rubble crushed up....

I have no idea but its about ten to fifteen pounds and pretty big
