cleaner or peppermint shrimp

I recently got a peppermint shrimp to take care of some aptasia in my tank. Now I have a peppermint and a cleaner shrimp.

I was thinking getting rid of one of them, but had a few questions first.

Do shrimps cause any real bioload - do they eat more wate or do they produce more waste?

My fish don't allow the cleaner near them for cleaning so all it really does it eat detritus and look cool scavenging. are there any other benefits for keeping a cleaner over a peppermint?

Very low bio load I say keep them... There scavengers they help keep your tank clean. Also, the clearer shrimp will keep your fish clean as well

Give the cleaner shrimp time.. Mine never cleaned my fish but now at night I see him cleaning their skin and mouth...

Get rid of the peppermint shrimp. I got rid of mine the other night. It was killing a bunch of my snails and kept stealing food from my GBTA.

+1 mine I think that also killed my clam.
