Do I coral dip a clam

I just picked up a new 5" clam (maxima). Do i dip it in revive coral cleaner, can i let it sit for a few minutes in coral cleaner?

What is the protocall on medium sized clams (5"-7")?

You could freshwater dip but I personally haven't. I wouldn't dip in Revive or Melafix but that's just me. Other may chime in....

Revive does not mention clams anywhere, so based on your response ad the bottle, I wont.

there can be hithhikers on clams i think dipping can't hurt.

x2..I never dipped a clam, but I do give them a careful inspection and have given some a scrubing with a toothbrush...
