tested my water the other day. alk is at 14 and ca is at 490 i think that it's lil to high. i'm not dosing anything.. phosphate 0 nitrate a 10.. any suggestions to lower them .
ca isn't a real problem, but alk is...it will lower on it's own. The rate of decline is determined by by your bio-load. I would also check your mag just to make sure that it's in an acceptable range. I keep mine in the 1350-1450 range. How are you maintaining it.. a reactor or just w/c. If just your w/c then the salt has a very high reading of alk and I wouldn't change too much all at once or switch salt brands...
Those ranges are not the end of the world or your tank.. I would leave it and skipp dosing for a couple of days and test make sure your test kit is working properly..
