What type of powerhead for 40 breeder?

I have 3 250gph powerhead from the company of the biocube. They are rated up to 30 gallons and people are telling me they are too weak, what kind of powerhead do you guys think I should get?

IMO it all depends on how ur aquascape is set up. May be u can get away with 1 vortech mp10.

if you're thinking about upgrading later, Iwould go MP40. I am running that on mine in the random/reefcrest mode.
