How Long do i have to wait...

I just purchased 2 false percula clown fish a couple of days ago. (tuesday). How long do i have to wait to purchase other fish? Or is there a "no waiting time"?
So far these are the only fish i have in the tank with a 50 gallon setup. Any ideas of the next fish i should look into?

How long has the tank been set up?
Did it fully cycle?

As long as you have a fully cycled tank you can start stocking with fish. I go slowly with fish and stock one per week. If you are getting pairs, I would go two weeks between adding.

+1 to what barry said. How fast you can stock up is mostly based on how much new poop your system can handle. That is based on how established your bio cycle is in your tank. If your tanks only been running 3 months, this is your first fish purchase for the tank, and the tank is over 40g then I would wait at least 2 weeks if not 3 before purchasing more to let the tank adjust to fish feeding, fish pooing, and everything else in between. Monitor your No2, No3 and PH to check for fluctuations.

Overloading your biological cycle can cause it to crash and your tank will cycle again.
