before i drop the 115, is this product living up to there claims? Is his worth the money? any problems with the unit? can i kill ax's in colonys such as zoos?
what is ax's?
if you are referring to aiptasia, you probably would not be quick enough to kill off baby ones, however the much much larger ones it may be possible.
It works great on majanos...but aiptasia, well they are tough. B/c aiptasia retract so quickly, you often end up just singeing the anemone and leave little bits of tissue around. These smaller bits of tissue often grow into new aiptasia. You can in theory kill an aiptasia inside a coral colony, if you are patient and get all the tissue.
