So I know it is very difficult to remove Xenia. I want to get rid of it.
Yesterday I did a water change. I took out a rock with a lot of Xenia on it. Cut as much off as i can and scrubbed the rock. Then i put the rock in a bucket of my siphoned water to rinse it out. Then back in the tank.
I know the xenia will probably come back and this is a process since there are some spots that i couldn't get to.
My question is: Do i have to worry about my water chemistry by putting the rock back in? my fish look good and my params are ok.
thanks!!!!
