Feed Back On Purple Long Tentacle Anemone

If any one as ever dealt with a Purple Long Tentacle Anemone before in there tank. Please give me some feed back about them. I'm thinking of picking up one this week if i get the chance too. Reason I ask feed back on this anemone is because im loving the color on it lol :biglaugh:

sure no problem... I have over 20+ nems in my tank... 1 more isnt going to hurt.

I have one, my clowns never host it at all?
it loves to move in my tank and growing pretty fast then normal
Out of the 10+ nems he is best looking

a bunch!!! All nem's sting when they move
i just got a 2ft carpet the other day and walked half the tank and killed some nice stuff
something you should think about if your tank is packed
Nems move only when not happy(flow,lighting,etc)

Perfect time to add anemones is now when your tank is empty. Let them settle in areas where they are happy. Most lta's like to wedge themselves in between a rock. I have one and love the color. Love all anemones.

I have a purple LTA, looks pretty nice but expands a lot so needs lots of room. Once it settled in it never moved. My clownfish pair host my BTAs but Im sure they would host the LTA if the BTAs werent available.

i had one for 2 years, only moved a little once, but when fully extended, they require ALOT of elbow room

Alot of room depending on the size And a thick sand bed ... Once they find there spot they're good to go just keep softies away from them ...
