whats the best sand/substrate for a reef tank

i am going to be tearing down my tank and replacing the sandbed this weekend..i currently have a mixture of like florida crushed coral and some regular sand but cant stand the look of it anymore...i was looking at prob getting Seaflor special grade reef sand or natures ocean reef substrate..
