Upgrading

Whats up guys? I've had my nano cube 12 (pictures can be seen on the nano forum) for about a year now and it has really matured nicely however, I'm looking to upgrade to the deep blue 30 rimless and am not sure how to make the transission exactly. Considering its about 3x bigger, I'll have to buy another bag of live sand, NSW to make up for the 20 gallon difference, and maybe another 10 lbs of LR since i already have about 20 lbs. My question is, whats the best way of going about moving everything over with the least chance of having a big cycle take place? I have anemones, harleys, corals etc. in the other 12 gallon that I wouldn't want to be harmed after the move.
