Blue lights on my fixture are not working

So I bought some geismann bulbs at the swap.
I changed all my bulbs. The whites are good but the blues come on for a split second and back off. I tried reinserting the bulb multiple times, swapping them around.

Any ideas will be entertained.

I say return them I saw these bulbs as well and they were mostly atinic bulbs witch
Don't put out enough par to grow corlal its just for looks

So i moved the fixture to a new outlet and its a gfci outlet. As soon as i turn on the blue lights and it poped the gfci breaker. Took out the bad bulb and replace with my old ati bulb and now its working. Guess I have a bad bulb.

Do you know the name of that vendor. I will inquire about a replacement.

Geisman bulbs are just fine par wise, at least the actinics are. I ran them for over 2 years and they more than did the job. You probably just got a bulb that is somehow shorted out. Contact who you got them from and I'm sure they'll replace them.
