AZNREEF OMG what kind of advice are you getting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Here is some advice, real advice when buying anything used...
The seller did a pretty good job in itemizing what it includes, if you like what you see, make an appointment and go see in person. If the guy wants $1100 and you dont have $1100 take $800 or what ever amount you can afford within reason and negotiate. (dont be a jerk and show up with $200).
Become familiar with the equipment that you are considering buying, how it works and how to test it prior to purchase.
Buying used is a great alternative to buying new when we cannot afford buying new.
Things to watch out for:
Ppl love to sell chillers that no longer work and guess what chillers that don't cool cannot be repaired, so expensive you may as well buy a new one. Learn how to test a used chiller prior to buying.
Pumps are easy, those that are turned on you can feel water movement, the pumps that are not on, test them under water prior to buying.
Lights are lights, always count on the bulbs being older than your grandmother and needing to be changed but if they turn on and off when you test the light fixture then you are good.
if tank if filled when you get there check around the stand and inside corners of stand for water drops, no water then the tank does not leak.
Get the point?
If you know what you are buying and how to test it you will be fine and negotiating is always on the table, cash is king as long as you are reasonable.
