how can i help to prevent my tank from leaking again. my last tank cracked and leaked in the front two corners of the tank.

Do you know what caused the crack in the first place? If so, just make sure not to repeat that same mistake.

i wish i knew 100% , but i think it could be cuase the level was of a little.

Depends on what you mean by a little off....

Make sure that the stand is not only level but FLAT. Make sure that there is not pressure points of support anywhere.

Just want to add... do not... DO NOT.... lean any rockwork on the glass.

Make sure tank lies totally flat. All corners are supported which where all weight is on. Try to make tank level as possible. Leaking in two front corners could of mean all weight of tank were on two back structure and nothing supporting front two corners causing all stress where there was no structure and cause it to leak and crack
