Help with Anemone

I Have a few Anemone in my tank. 2 small ones that split off the main one about 5 months ago. Now the 2 of small ones have a thing coming out of there mouth. Can anyone tell me what is going on with them???? Thanks

IMO I would remove him to another tank and wait to see how it does in the separate tank. But of course remove him slowly if your able too if not I would remove the whole rock.
