Biocube Set uo

I am trying to get a good flow for a 14G Biocube. I am using Maxijet pumps for the return 600 and 900 were too soft. i just popped in a 1200 LOTS of water movement. Almost too much, so i placed a rotating head on the return spout.

When is too much floww too much and what are the cons?

looking for opinions and Ideas

if you have corals that are getting blasted by flow they will not like it and you will see it. sand blowing all over the place is another issue.

Sand seems to be stable not really blowing bad.
I don't have any coral yet but will identify the different water colunms and place the appropriate coral in each location based on flow and lighting. Just have to fiqure out if using less water flow from the return will hurt me I am only running a Nano power head. Or keep the high flow and plan the take accordingly.

use the 900 for the return and buy your self a used MP10

Mp10 will deff be to much I think

The mp10 won't be too much since its adjustable. I have run one on a low setting. It's not necessary to get one though. You could get a much cheaper nano power head

The mp10 is for tanks ranging from 2 gallons up to 50 gallons so it would work just set it on low.

I OPEN my MP10 and the propeller rotted - All rusty and not working. Looking for the part now. I know that it will be set low , especially if I get the RBTA
