Hi what do you all think off this.
2 firefish
3 clown gobies
4 neon gobies
2 jawfish
6 perpermint shrimp

Centered on a tang
2 damsels
1 small wrasse
1 basslet
1 yellow tang zebrasoma flavescens

Typical community #1
1damsel
2clowns amphiprion ocellatus or a percula
1 chalk bassel serranus tortugarum
1 flasher wrasse paracheilinus
3 cardinalfish all the same species
1 coral banded shrimp stenopus hispidus or a mated pair

Typical community #2
1 lateen bass seranus baldwini
1 dottyback pseudochromis fridmani
1 banggai cardinal petrapogon kauderni
1 yellow hogfish bodianus bimaculatus
2 flasher wrasse paracheilinus sp
1 midas blenny ecsenius midas

Also love other tangs so if I do a mix of medium small fish will there be a problem still planning on stocking tank, love the yellow blue tang, angelfish are they reef safe, butterfly fish are they reef safe. I read that a small number of large fish can make a wonderful community as well, but waste of money to buy hermit crabs, snails, or live sand critters they will quickly consume all of them so anyone can give there opinions advice suggestion comments please do want to decide what I want to stock and make a nice list. So when tank is setup and fully cycle I can add theses fish slowly to tank.

I think it really all depends on your preference and the size of your tank. I think all of the schemes would work, with the exception of the first one you listed. There are a lot of bottom dwellers in that list and I worry that there wouldn't be enough room for all of them to live comfortably.

If you list your tank size, it will be much easier for everyone to weigh in, as some fish (like tangs), need a big tank to be able to swim around and not be stressed

Also, not sure who told you it would be a waste of money to buy a cleanup crew. You are going to need crabs, snails etc to help keep rock/glass algae at bay and generally to cleanup detritus around your tank.
