ive been running my jbj 24g nano for over 7 years and recently ive changed my salinity checker and my salt level is at 1.022 which is bad for reefs but ive been at this salt level with corals in my tank for years and they are ok should i go up on my salinty to 1.024 and if yes how? next question is i just bought a uv sterlizer and its great but my friend told me that im killing good bacteria that i need in my tank ,how long should i run the uv for ?

If everything is thriving, I'd say leave it. If you really want to raise the salinity, do it reallly slow. If you have an ATO, you can mix up a batch of SW at 1.022 and use that to top of until you reach your desired level.
As far as the UV, I dont use them, so I dont know much about them. Maybe someone else can chime in on that

I'm worried about algae forming once I change the salinity so I guess I have to do it very slow like a 3 month process to be on the safe side ....some pix of the tank

1022 is ok for corals...1024 is a little better. You can raise the salinity over two weekly water changes, you don't have to do it over three months. Changing the salinity will not necessarily cause an algae problem. That being said, absolutely nothing (or anything) can cause an algae problem.
