how long do you run your LED lights for????

So I changed some of my intensities on my light last night bc in the past I have had some issue with burning up SPS. Now that they are just starting to color up i figured i would change the lower the intensity of the light and just run of a longer time. Anyone have any input of advice on it.

10 -blue on
11. whites on
7 blue off
8 white off
