Recommendations needed external return pump for 120

Hey everyone, I am looking for some recommendations for an external return pump for a 120g , I.have no.idea which pump to choose.

Eheim 1262 if you have deep pockets. Triton 4 or 5 if not.

as far as pump size, you have to figure in, size of over flows, amount of head pressure and if you will be running any variables such as reactors off the pump. after you know the size pump you need, then you can decide on a brand.

I agree with edd. Once you have that I would look to the reeflo pumps. The Blowhole pumps they make are nice but my preference would be a dart/snapper hybrid. You can always throttle it back and as you need increases, ie. add reactors, etc., you can open it up again. Good luck with you're project.

I like Reeflow pumps, expensive but worth it IMO. Hope this helps.

I have a reeflo as well.if considering a internal, water blaster fr sale in forum. They are nice too

Blue Line makes a very nice external pump. If your tank has dual overflows, with the pump and sump sitting directly beneath the DT in the stand (not a basement type of sump), then this pump should do the trick:
