It's a hammer coral, obviously the guys who said bubble, have never seen a bubble. And yes there are hammers out there with that base, and you just saw one.

Lol, I said bubble and agree it's a tricky pic of piece to tell. I still say bubble, and sticking with it. I was just trying to help out. I've seen my fair share of bubbles in different shapes, sizes, colors, branching however they come I've dealt with them working with companies over the past ten years and none with a skeleton like that. Again I'd be an idiot to say I know I'm right and others are wrong but just trying to id and giving my opinion.
