What's the best way to get rid of the algae growing on glass.., magnetic scaler isn't working.

4 month old set-up. Nitrite/nitrate 0, A=0, temp.=79-80., coral are more vibrant than ever. I began adding coral 2 months ago. What fish would fit in my set-up?

Shrimp,, goby pair would be nice. And interesting

1) scraper
2) scrubber
3) cut the lights back
4) more flow
5) every few day use a magnet cleaner
This should resolve your algae on your glass...maybe you can throw in a few turbo snail.

I have 2 turbo snails, and 1 hermit crab. I'll try the blade... I wasn't sure if it would scratch the glass.

Was in a store sold to me as live rock. Kinda heavy... Porous, but smooth.

if you wipe the glass down manually with an algae sponge 1 or 2 times a week, before it takes hold, it makes it easier. i use a credit card for tuff spots.

It's a Neon-Dottback, and they're pretty aggressive. Not a good fish for a Nano-tank, unless you don't want to have other fish in the tank.

I'm apply with just the one fish... Any comment on the new galaxea coral? Is it too close to other coral?
