Beginner!!! Cyclin tank with sand and rock?

Hey I'm new to this and it's only my 3rd day cyclin. My question is, is it ok for me to cycle my 60 cube tank with sand and water?

You should have sand,water,and rock in the tank to begin your cycle. If you cycle a tank then add any of the three you will start a new cycle after adding..

Good luck on your new hobby and welcome.
Your question tells me you do not know what cycling is. So why don't you do yourself a favor and read about it. This is not a cheap hobby and you can save yourself a lot of money and greif if you first read. There is plenty here to help you and then your questions will be more meaningfull.
