I'm trying to set outlet 4 (from the controller head) to go on at 00:01 until 00:00. For whatever reason, it goes on for 2 minutes than shuts off for 2 minutes.

How can I get it to stay on uninterrupted?

Trying to understand, you want the outlet to go on at 12:01AM and off at 12:00AM?

Yes, that is correct. I thought outlets 4 and 8 were able to be turned "on" or "off".

I want the pump to my phosphate reactor to always be on.

All the outlets can be turned on and off.

If you simply want the pump to be always on you just need this in your outlet code:

Fallback ON
Set On

No need for any time statements.

As mentioned, "Set On" will set the outlet to always on.

Do you know how I can do that from the controller screen?

I thought it would be under "program outlet", but it's not.

It'll be under Setup / Outlet Setup. But not sure how you would input the statements via the Apex display. Via the web browser would be the easiest way.
