Coral Coloration

I noticed when people post photos of their tanks, their corals have bright vivid colors
Are they adding some type of supplement that enhances coloration?

It all has to do with the nutrient balance. The right amount of feeding, waste removal, lighting intensity and duration, which effects the amount of zooxanthaelle within a coral. Through your readings and experience, this is something that will be learned over time.
