I have a 29g with a coralife t5ho running 2 10,000k and 2 actinic, do you think this would support sps? I currently have some lps and their fine

Yes if you keep the SPS less that a foot from the light. You van even grow acros at 4" below the water surface.

birdsnest are very hardy and easy to keep so you should be fine. Get better bulbs (ATI) to get better colors.

i wish i could but coralife is a 30" bulb and only coralife makes them, I've only found them in 10,000k,453nm actinic, and 6,700k so my choice is limited. I was giving some thought to adding a stunner strip ut not sure on what color to add
