Duncan coral splitting?

Hi I just got this duncan coral about a month ago, it has one head and has been doing great in my nano tank. This morning the duncan was fully open and healthy, but now it is showing really bizarre behavior that I have never seen. This is my first duncan coral, and I have no idea what is happening.the head is now offset as if another head is growing. Here is a pic sorry if the pic came out upside down, not sure why that happened

Each head will get 4 new heads that appear as bumps on the side. Duncan's tend to grow hedge-like rather than up

Thanks for the reply, I know that my supplements are fine, because I have an acan that went from 2 heads to 5, in the past few weeks after I started calcium. When the duncan closes, it doesn't for a perfect circle but rather a clover type shape as if it will split into 4 heads. I have no idea what it should look like as it splits. I saw some at aquarium village, where I bought this one and they had 2 branches with heads. Here is a pic of what I am talking about.
