Does oceanic still make the ultimate 215 gallon tank and stand?

you can find used oceanic tanks, but i do not believe they make tanks now. From all the things i have read about used oceanic tanks, they are built very well and worth the price if you can find one

Oceanic was bought by a larger company, but then it broke off when that new owner group decided to close the manufacturing plant and became Deep Sea Aquatics. They are still in Texas, just in a different city; DeepSeaAquatics.net

I thought All glass bought them out. Than Oceanic makers started Deep Blue tanks. Funny, I heard a different story.

They don't specify who bought them out [from whom I got the story], but it is an entirely different company now; the previous crew didn't want to relocate and follow the old owner [so it says on their website] so they got new people from the ground up. Deep Blue might be the original crew that was Oceanic.
