How can I catch my red reef lobster

So i picked up a red reef lobster and lost about 4 fish so far..anyone know of a trap or lure them out, Or I'm jus better off moving all my rocks and if so what is the best way to go about to it without spiking any water parameters

Feed it, wait until it's out of it's cave and focusing on the good, then as fast as possible put the net where the cave enterence is and drag outward toward him and lift. Dig the net under the substrate a bit.
