Im setimg up a new 265 gallon starphire glass with a 40 gallon sump wit refuguim bio pellet reactor carbon reactor doser 4 alk mag n cal i was thimking about da zeovit system but heard alot of things u cant do like having live sand refuguim bio pellet reactor if i cant do this then wats da point does anyone have this n their system n if so can u give me some advice on the pros n cons thnks

super expensive, id just go with the biopellets if you are already familiar with it

yea biopellets or an algae scrubber. The scrubber can be a DIY for cheap and you can fit it no problem under a tank and use everything mentioned that u cant with zeovit

I dont like bio pellets. Same as zeovit easier to crash your system.

i recently converted my 100 gallon system to zeovit. its been 3 months now and my water has never been so easy to maintain proper nutrition levels. bi weekly water changes, change carbon every 30 days, zeolites every 6 weeks, with use of a dosing pump and daily additives my nitrates and phosphates are not detectable , my polyp extension is graeter than ever, all the color of my corals have brightened and im seeing noticeable growth in my corals that i have never seen before...i wish i knew about zeovit much earlier!!!

I really wanted tha zeovit but it would b 2 much 4 my pocket especially wit the size tank im about 2 set up its a 265 starphire gallon way 2 much 2 keep up wit da addivtives but thnks 4 knowledge on it

the algae scrubber is a vetrically suspended plastic netting (like a screen on a window) that has water slowly run down it like a waterfall. You add light (preferably in RED sprectrum) and little algae that looks like hair algae grows.

The system will eat leftover nutrients, and its natural

it is not that expensive just buy enough on their yearly sale for the year and you are good. and you really only need the ecobak, zeostart 3, and the zeovit. Been running it for six month and been loving it on a way over stock 120 gal. Only annoying thing is the daily dosing but it takes like 2 minutes and I do it while I feed the fish. Before zeo I had algae problems, cyano, snot algae you name it I had it now nothing but a clean looking tank.

the stone don't go bad and the other products have a 2 year life span the key is buy enough you can use in 1 year time
