Bloated Clownfish

Hey guys so all my fish are in QT atm since the last fish i added showed signs of ich, but now my clownfish's stomach looks bloated and seems lethargic swimming at or near the bottom of the tank. They are being treated with CopperPower atm. Not sure what it could be or if i can treat for something else while treating with copper. Is dropsy an option or is that only freshwater? I did check water para. Ammonia .50ppm Nitrite 0 and Nitrate 5ppm.

dropsy is more fresh water. i would do a water change with nice clean water. then hit it with prazi pro and another air stone.

What I did was water change and added prime in. It took 2 days but the clown looks much better. I still have the ich problem and treating with copper. Will prazi pro work with copper in the tank?
