Need some stocking advice

I currently have 2 clowns a purple fire fish a yellow clown goby a cleaner shrimp and some hermit's in my 40g breeder ,i also have a Swales basslet and a pygmy cherub in a 10 gallon that I want to add to the 40g i also would like to add a cardinal and maybe a mystery wrasse in the future can I do this or will I have problems with the fire fish and yellow clown goby being in the tank.
