Is that a freshwater light?

What makes a light a freshwater light. Are there freshwater t5 and saltwater t5. How do I tell the diffrence.

Looks pretty good. Before start stocking up, I would make sure you can get to the glass around the rocks to clean it off. Can a be a pia if rocks are too close to the aquarium glass

In no time at all you'll see that purple start showing up on your otherwise white rocks. Just keep on top of your nitrates and water changes, and it'll be great.

As was mentioned, rocks need to be appropriately spaced from the glass, but otherwise it's a neat setup. If you have it viewable on both sides, that leaves some opportunity for a nice double-sided/peninsula style viewing, something that most of us don't have the luxury of.
