I just checked the salinity its 1.025 and im using a Marine Depot Refractometer

When ever i do a water change the parameter always match the tank water as far as temp and salinity. I'm also using Red Sea salt which i've been using for a while.

Loose
The issue started around the time i changed the bulb
and at the same time i added the Tunze Automatic Top off Nano
I moved the bulb up 12 inches above the tank to reduce the PAR level, but it didnt help

What else may have changed? Are you sure nothing extra was dosed?

I would keep up with the water changes. Change out your media, if you were running any. I would add carbon just in case.

It'll just take a few water changes (days apart) to stabilize anything that may have gotten in there. Looking at the tissue it couldn't have been that long ago that they went south.

Adjustment of lighting may affect them but your gonipora looks to be at the bottom of your tank and I wouldn't suspect all your corals to act that way due to a bulb change. You swap out corals from another persons tank and it takes maybe an hour or two before they open up. He's not changing Wattage just the wavelength.

My dosing is automated using apex controller and the dosing pumps are BRS Doser which puts out 1.1 mL per minute. It added 6ML of 2 part Seachem Fusion with in 24 hours. Its also programed to turn off the dosing pumps if the PH goes above 8.40

I added a bag of Chemi Pure Elite and Seachem SeaGel

What was the deal when you switched your mh bulbs from the xm20ks to the Phoenix 14ks? I know some people gave you different ideas to acclimate the corals to the new spectrum. Personally I think your corals look fine minus not opening full. I would say if your water quality and parameters are fine, make sure you have some sort of fairly fresh carbon in there, I'd not mess around with the lighting much and get stability there and I would stop dosing any thing other then cal, alk, mag(if you dose those 3) just until you know what's going on with the corals. I think you had too much going on in a short time in a small tank between the lighting and switching off products. Just a thought, good luck!
