Lighting new 46 gallon reef tank

Wondering how often should I run my USA Marine orbit LED system for a new tank? I have just 2 small clowns in there as my cycle is just finishing. I'd like to add some easy corals like Pulsing Xenia or easier.

I can program this system but wondering what I should go with since I dont think its the strongest of light systems.


I was also wondering if I should run my old flourecent light on top of my sump at night.

run it for around 7-10 hrs total, also it depends if the light is dimmable. if it is, you can ramp it up and down for a more natural light cycle, a little longer.
