You are testing all three CA, MG, KH correct?

Just be patient and wait for a response as someone will help.

Nothing is done, nor needs to be done quick in this hobby. Expecially dosing.

May I ask why you are dosing this product anyway?
In a new tank with no demand / consumption?

My experiences with this product, since I'm a dummy and bought all 3 jugs twice.
First time I bought it I thought to add powder directly to tank. My levels were never stable.

Second time I bought it I found out the manuals were actually wrong and after emailing the company I found out to mix it with RO/DI. and this is why Ill never buy their dry stuff again:
Without having the exact ratio in front of me, I'm at work, I figured out that I can make it by the pint.
Calcium was 13-14- scoops per pint and got HOT,
Magnesium was 14-16 scoops per pint and also got warm,
Alkalinity was 2.5 scoops per pint and takes a while to mix (gets cold)
I can post the exact ratio later. But ill never buy dry stuff again.
