Sump configuration

Hi I wanted some advice on my sump. All I have going on is two socks then a refuguim chamber with four inches off sand ,some live rock in there and a small peice of chaeto which is not growing . What can I do to maximize the use of the sump

Use kalkwasser in you ato resevior. It?s pretty simple and easy way to maintain calcium and alkalinity. Definitely do your research on it first
