Good Books?

Hey there,

I'm pretty new to the whole reef thing and i need to get hold of some good books. I've got plenty of freshwater books and think it is time to balance the bookshelf. I have done most of my reading from this site and some US and UK magazines. I've done a search of this site and have found some books that have been highly rated. What would be good for a novice?

There are quite a few useful threads in the *** Just the FAQs *** post in the main forum. There's a pretty decent thread there on books - I think you'll find it useful.

Thanks for steering me to the FAQs.....looks like plenty of good stuff here for me.
I'm going to get hold of these books
Aquarium Corals (Borneman)
Marine Fishes (Michael)
I figured this book on fish id would be useful.
I also see there is a pretty new Coral referenece book by Sprung. I read in the thread to make sure books are up to date as this hobby is constantly evolving. I guess this is why the BB and books can complement each other well.
