Is this Macroalgae too?

It came in a bag of Calupera and I assume was just thrown in on accident. What's it called?

It's a red macroalgae, probably Graciliaria.

Tell me how fast this specimen grows I'd lay good money it'll be 5 times its size in a month. It's some kind of Rhodophyta algae, although I'm not sure of the species. But I do know these suckers grow fast!

Ok. So far there has been no change, however the calupera that I got (feather, grape) is already spreading quickly. I'm not sure if I just got a broken off chunk or enough to grow. we will see.
