Give us a little more detail about your setup. For example, how long has the tank been setup? What are you water parameters? What kind of source water are you using for top-off and water changes (ie., RO, RO/DI, etc.)?
Most nuisance algaes are generally a result of excess nutrients, but it's quite normal to see several different algae blooms while the tank is maturing.
If it is not too much work, how about remove it by hand and see if you can keep them at bay. Make sure you don't put too much nutrient into the tank, since they can grow faster than you can weed them off if you adding fertilizer.
