Blue slime on the rock

I have noticed it in a couple of places. Its almost transparent and covers the purple coraline. Its a pretty cool color. Not spreading rapidly at this point, but wonder what it is. How bad or good is this stuff? Do I need to be thinking predator....


Any thoughts?

It is probably just a sponge of some type. Not to worry. Sponges are a good thing.

Any chance of getting a picture to show us?
